A true South Florida native, Breanne's roots run deep in the region, making it impossible for her to envision living anywhere else. In her peaceful Stuart, Florida, residence, she shares her life with her husband, Josh, their cherished son, Jack, and a delightful ensemble of furry children that includes Lucy the Shih Tzu, as well as Winston and Henry, their two affectionate Australian Labradoodles.

In addition to his role in marketing Manchester Insurance, Josh has achieved a track record of launching new products in various marketplaces, boasting a rich portfolio of ventures.

Driven by an unwavering commitment to impact the lives of others, Josh is dedicated to cultivating fresh business connections for the agency. His relentless passion for making a positive difference is the driving force behind his efforts. As our Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Kelly brings a wealth of experience in the insurance industry dating back to 2012. With a strong foundation in Property and Casualty Personal Lines, she excels at building relationships and making the complexities of insurance easy to understand. Kelly’s deep industry knowledge, strategic insight, and client-first approach allow her to deliver exceptional value and guidance to both our clients and our team.

Holding a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Legal Studies from Keiser University, Kelly's academic background enhances her ability to offer comprehensive advice and support to our clients.

Residing in charming Stuart, Florida, Kelly finds solace in spending her free time with her family and traveling. In addition to family time, Kelly is on the Board of Directors of 2 non-profit organizations which assists veterans and first responders. Kelly is not just an insurance expert; she is a well-rounded individual with a genuine love for both her professional and personal pursuits.

Nikki Hibl

Office Manager

Nikki brings a decade of dedicated customer service and insurance experience to her role as the Office Manager at Manchester Insurance. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to effective communication and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Based in Stuart, Florida, Nikki and her husband, Dave, have made the area their home. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her niece, Aurora, and nephew, AJ, showering them with love and attention.

In addition to her professional responsibilities, Nikki has a special role in the Manchester Insurance family as the favorite aunt of our agency mascot, Henry Flagler Manchester-Estes. Known for keeping Henry out of mischief and praising his bravery!
